From Aberdeen:

Take the A96 and go 45.9 miles. Turn right onto A95 and go 11 miles. Bear right at Victoria Street and go 0.1 miles. Turn hard left at Spey Road and go 0.1 miles. Take first right onto Leslie Terrace and proceed 0.1 miles Speybank B&B is on the left.
